They state it is for parents or teacher, it was not a book for parents who want to learn about ABA. I would compare it to a dictionary. At first it seemed ok, since they had a chapter on each subject like a chapter on behavior, but within every chapter it was just page after page of terms and their meaning. I did not see any use to it in explaining to me on a parent level what is aba, how is it used in a school, and what can i do at home. This book is clear and concise when explaining ABA terminology into more simple terms! And the examples provided in the book follow to different examples so you can see the progression of the terms, how they are applied and what they mean with each different scenario. I wish my textbook was like this- my text book is filled with very dense jargon as they are written like that with universities and ABA. And for a visual learner it is hard to read so much that almost means the same thing.The only downside is that it doesn't have all the terms in there- just some of them, and don't get me wrong there is quite a few terms but I would've liked it to be an all of ABA not just a general overview.Overall very happy with this book!
